This page explains what 4TH QTR MARKETING ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- What you send in the brief form: your name, email, brand or website, the play you are interested in, how you heard about us, and anything you write in the message.
- How the site is used: pages viewed, how far you scroll, which buttons you click, your approximate location (country or city level), device and browser type. We do not record what you type into the form in these analytics.
Why we collect it
We use your form details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if we work together, to deliver the project. We use site analytics to see which parts of the site help people and which do not, so we can improve it. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for anyone else's marketing.
Who helps us
Some services process information for us, and some of them store it outside Australia (for example in the United States):
- PostHog, for site analytics and anonymised session replays with form inputs masked.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- The inbox or CRM that receives your brief.
We only share what each service needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
Your choices
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- You can block analytics with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker; the site still works.
- If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, tell us first and we will respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
