I need a new site more leads

Home Launch a business Customers

The launch, step 6 of 7

Get customers. Three plays, one Monday number.

The part most launches skip. A Google Ads build and weekly management, Local SEO with your Google Business Profile, and the Lead Engine so every enquiry is answered. Priced per week, billed monthly, reported every Monday on spend, leads and cost per lead.

Start a Campaign Every price, on one page

Why getting customers trips people up. The site went live, then nothing.

Three things we find in the first quarter after a launch.

The ads run. Nobody knows what a lead costs.

Clicks get reported; leads do not. Without tracking wired to the form and the phone, there is no cost per lead and no decision, only a bill.

In practice Tracking is verified with a test lead at the inbox before a dollar of budget runs.

The map skips you. The profile was never finished.

An unverified Google Business Profile with the wrong hours and three spellings of the address is invisible to the map pack, which is where a local search ends.

In practice Local SEO starts with the profile: verified, hours, services, photos, then two pages a month.

The site went live. Then nothing was sent to it.

A new site with no search presence and no ads has no visitors, and a quiet first quarter gets read as the market when it is just the plumbing.

In practice The Growth bundle puts the site, the Ads build and the first three months of management on one line.

How it runs.

  1. 01

    Build the tracking first

Search and Performance Max campaigns, conversion tracking, ad assets and the Google Business Profile, set up before any budget runs. Spend goes to Google on your own card.

    Week 1

  2. 02

    Run it every week

Search terms, budgets and bids reviewed weekly; two pages a month written to real searches on Local SEO; every enquiry answered by the Lead Engine inside a minute.

    Weekly

  3. 03

    Report every Monday

Spend, leads and cost per lead on one board. The campaign answers to one number, and you see the same board we do.

The build rows and the weekly rhythm, as it runs

What every build ships with. Measured, not promised.

In the box on Starter, Pro and Premium alike. None of it is an extra and none of it is a guess.

Each panel describes how we build, not an outcome we guarantee.

Before you ask.

How much does Google Ads management cost?

$229 a week +GST (about $992 a month). For the first 10 clients it is $139 a week for the first 3 months. A full Google Ads build is $1,500 +GST, or $750 with a 3-month management term.

Is ad spend included in the monthly price?

No. Our fee covers the work: building, managing and reporting. Your ad budget is billed by Google to your own card, so you always see exactly what was spent. We recommend at least $1,500 a month in spend to get useful data.

How much does local SEO cost on the Gold Coast?

Local SEO is $228 a week +GST, billed $990 a month: your Google Business Profile, two pages or articles a month, citations and a rank and lead report. Growth SEO is $438 a week +GST, billed $1,900 a month for four pieces a month, service-area pages, links and landing-page tests.

Which play first?

If the site is live and the phone is the sale, the Ads build and the Lead Engine first; Local SEO compounds from month two. The Growth bundle is the three together, priced as one line on the pricing page.

Are there lock-in contracts?

Monthly work is shown per week and billed monthly. It starts with a 3-month first term (6 on the Dominate bundle), then runs month-to-month on 14 days' notice. Never 12 or 36 months. Nothing is pre-ticked, and SSL, DNS and analytics are never billed as extras.

Do you only work on the Gold Coast?

No. We are based on the Gold Coast and work with brands Australia-wide. Calls, reviews and handover all run remotely.
