I need a new site more leads

Home Launch a business Platform

The launch, step 5 of 7

Run it on one platform. Bookings, follow-up, renewal dates.

The run layer. Bookings into your calendar, every lead in one pipeline, a missed call texted back, review requests after the job, a digest every morning, and a compliance calendar that chases the renewal dates the plan collected. Reminders are dates we hold for you, not legal monitoring.

Why running it trips people up. Four clocks, no calendar.

Three things that happen once the business is open and everyone is busy.

The licence lapsed in March. The notice went to the old address.

Every licence, policy and registration renews on its own clock, and the notices go to whatever address was typed on the day. A business with four of them has four clocks and no calendar.

In practice The calendar holds every date the plan collected and reminds you before each one. It does not read the law for you.

The call rang out on a roof. The caller booked the next result.

Service businesses miss calls because they are working. Without a text back inside a minute, the enquiry you paid for goes to whoever answered.

In practice Missed-call text-back sends a booking link while you are still on the ladder.

Leads live in five inboxes. None of them is a pipeline.

Email, the site form, Instagram, the office phone and a personal mobile. Nothing is counted, nothing is followed up, and the Monday question has no answer.

In practice One pipeline, every lead logged, one digest every morning.

How it runs.

  1. 01

    Set up, from the plan

The CRM, pipeline, calendar, forms and a tracked number, wired to your site in the first week. The licence, insurance and registration dates from your plan go onto the calendar at the same time.

    Week 1, $1,900

  2. 02

    Run, every day

Missed calls texted back, quotes followed up by SMS and email until they are a yes or a no, reviews requested after the job, and a digest of what happened at 8 am.

    From day 8

  3. 03

    Renew, before the date

Licence expiry, insurance renewal, business-name renewal at 1 or 3 years, the ASIC annual review, the GST threshold and the WorkCover first-hire rule, each a reminder in time to act. The acting stays yours.

What every build ships with. Measured, not promised.

In the box on Starter, Pro and Premium alike. None of it is an extra and none of it is a guess.

Each panel describes how we build, not an outcome we guarantee.

Before you ask.

Is the compliance calendar legal monitoring?

No. It holds the dates your plan collected, licence expiries, insurance renewals, the business-name renewal at 1 or 3 years, the ASIC annual review, the GST threshold and the WorkCover first-hire rule, and reminds you in time to act. It does not check the law and it is not advice; a reminder is only as good as the date you gave it.

What does the Lead Engine include?

CRM and pipeline, email and SMS follow-up, review requests, missed-call text-back and booking, wired to your site and campaigns. $90 a week +GST, billed $390 a month, with SMS and email usage billed at cost.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. Lead Engine setup is a one-off $1,900 +GST: the CRM, pipelines, forms and automations wired to your site.

What happens when a date comes up?

You get a reminder by email and SMS ahead of the date, with the official link from the plan, and the task sits in your pipeline until you mark it done. Lodging and paying stay yours.

Are there lock-in contracts?

Monthly work is shown per week and billed monthly. It starts with a 3-month first term (6 on the Dominate bundle), then runs month-to-month on 14 days' notice. Never 12 or 36 months. Nothing is pre-ticked, and SSL, DNS and analytics are never billed as extras.

Do you only work on the Gold Coast?

No. We are based on the Gold Coast and work with brands Australia-wide. Calls, reviews and handover all run remotely.
